Training opportunities and continuing education strengthen Osborne Construction Co.’s organizational knowledge and support employees in their career development and personal goals. Typical training for a new Osborne Project Engineer includes OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, and Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC), Procore, and MS Project training.
Osborne encourages employee involvement in educational opportunities and industry events, such as AGC’s Future Leaders Forum and AGC conferences. Supervisors have the discretion to reimburse continuing education classes and professional organization memberships whenever it fits organizational need. Osborne leadership actively participates on AGC and ABC boards and encourages its team to do the same. Industry association involvement is encouraged as it supports the entire contracting community, the company, and helps individual employees strengthen their industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills.
