The Brookdale Federal Way Foundation House project converted space in an assisted living facility into a secured memory care wing. In all, 21 apartment units were remodeled into 31 studio units, as well as a kitchen, dining room, living room, spa, wellness office, salon, and staff areas. The renovation covered approximately 19,000 SF on the first floor of a three-story occupied facility and included the construction of an exterior courtyard and removal of parking stalls.
