This multi-phase project modernized a warehouse and office space for a bulk petroleum-handling facility. In the 60,000 SF warehouse, Osborne added new electrical and mechanical systems and installed 20, 4,000-gallon tanks. Additionally, a 7,000 SF office was taken to studs and fully renovated. A new mezzanine and 1,500 SF office were added. The Ship Avenue Warehouse Offices building was made compliant with ADA standards, and an energy-efficient lighting system improved visibility in the warehouse.
